Before, during and after clinical treatment, recovery support services help individuals to navigate challenges and work on recovery goals by removing barriers. Recovery support services empower individuals to remain engaged in treatment and/or their recovery process. Support services may include help getting into treatment, identification of relapse behaviors, safe housing, wellness checks and finding a supportive community.
This program brings together fathers in early recovery and teaches them the skills they need to develop positive relationships with their children.
All of SCADD’s case management services provide clients with the tools to promote change, enhance well-being, and move toward independent living. Case management services include accessing gainful employment, housing, and the utilization of social, recovery and other community supports.
SCADD Recovery Coaches promote healthy practices and remove barriers and obstacles to recovery. Our coaches can help a client find resources for harm reduction, detox, treatment, family support and education, local or online support groups and more.
SCADD’s Liberty House offers a supportive and sober housing environment in a peer based congregate setting.
At SCADD, we believe everyone deserves access to quality care, regardless of their ability to pay. To ensure services are accessible to all, we offer a discounted/sliding fee schedule based on family size and income. No one will be denied access to services due to financial limitations.
