Family Services

At SCADD, we understand that substance use affects the whole family. Our Family Services program provides support, education, and guidance to help families navigate these challenges with compassion and understanding. We offer counseling, workshops, and resources designed to strengthen relationships, improve communication, and empower families to support their loved ones in recovery.

As part of our services, we host the Family Support Group “Caring for Caregivers” on the first Wednesday of every month from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM virtually. This group provides a safe space for caregivers to connect, share experiences, and find guidance and encouragement.

Starting in May 2026, we are excited to introduce a Spanish-speaking support group that will meet virtually on the third Wednesday of each month. This new offering reflects our ongoing commitment to expanding access to care and creating inclusive spaces for all individuals seeking support in their recovery journey.

Our approach is rooted in respect, empathy, and collaboration, helping families build resilience and create a healthy, supportive environment for lasting change.
